Execute a Script
If your target is a SQL, PostgreSQL, or MySQL server, the properties panel will display an option called 'Execute Script After Completion.'
- This option allows you to execute an SQL script after the ETL is run
- Separate each statement with a semicolon and start each statement in a new line
In the example below, two statements are entered to create two clustered indexes; one for Manufacturers and manfKey, and another for Manufacturer Details and Manufacturer:
You can enable or disable the ability to execute a script after completion by checking or unchecking the 'Create post scripts (sql target)' option (red arrow below) from the Admin console, in the Profiles panel under Access.
